Original ELEFANT Sugar Dissolving Oil is used to remove the particles of sugar which adhere to the various parts of wrapping machines and other process equipment.

ELEFANT Sugar Dissolving Oil is also recommended for use in the confectionery and other sugar processing industries, in the following areas:

• use as detergente to easily remove sugar accumulations and heavy crusts
• use to lubricate moving parts
• use to prevent new accumulations of sugar
• use on chains of flow-wrapping equipment. The chains will run smooth without being slowed down by sugardust or similar. Your equipment will work more efficient and with much less losses in empty packages. 
• use on hatches, springs and hinges. This parts will remain clean and work properly without jamming.
• use on pressjaws, tablet presses and moving parts of packaging or production equipment. The parts will remain clean and the equipment will run smooth and without interruption.
• use on cutters or blades. The blades will not stick to food (e.g. bars, cakes, candies, fruits) interrupting the production line.
• use on converyors transporting food with content of natural or artificial sugar like chocolates, pieces of fruit, pastry or treats in general. A thin layer of oil and the food will not stick to the belt.
• use on weighting plates of multihead weighers. The sugar will not stick and build-up on the plates causing false weights.
• use neat as a bearing lubricant on slide ways where contamination by sugar or sugar dust is a problem
• use as the oil charge in continuous mesh air filters operating in atmospheres laden with fine sugar dust
